This is kind of overkill just to convert a temperature. For weather-scale temperatures, I just remember "1 = 34". 1 °C above freezing is about 2 °F above freezing.

Stealth rule change announced in the Foundations mechanics article: no more choosing blocker order (magic.wizards.com)

The announcement of this rule change with examples are at the bottom of the article. To summarize:

In the current rules, if you attack with a creature and it gets multi-blocked, once your opponent locks in their blocks, you choose the order of blockers immediately. During the combat damage step, you must assign enough (big asterisk on "enough") damage on the first creature before you can assign damage on the next.

Starting with Foundations, you don't choose an order for the blockers. During the combat damage step, you will just distribute damage however you want.

This weakens multi-blocking as a defensive option.

We will one day speak of blocker order like we do damage on the stack.

I've been out of the RSS metagame for a long while, so I don't have any particular recommendation. I've just been using Inoreader on mobile as well for the past several years since it works for my purposes. There very well could be better choices out there but there's no urgency for me to switch.

If patch notes are announced in an official blog, it's likely that it has an RSS or Atom feed. You can subscribe to the blog from an RSS reader and it'll appear in the feed.

And if you haven't heard of RSS readers before, welcome to the world of being able to subscribe to almost any website you want! The news and webcomics come to you, not the other way around.

Update: an example.

I open my reader (Inoreader), select "Add feed", and enter https://www.teamfortress.com/. It detects the TF2 official blog and I select "Follow" to add it to my feeds. Now, when TF2 updates and patch notes are posted, I can refresh my reader to see the latest patch notes.
