So how are you coping up with forced deportations of every student who spoke against genocide, forced incarceration of people in El Salvador, renewed arming of Israel, Trump's grand plan to raze Gaza, kick out all Palestinians and build a Trump city, while destroying global economy and actively causing more deaths not only in Palestine but in Africa as well ? you know what. In a very broad philosophical way, i support Trump's Tariff. It would lead to reduction in global consumption rates, esp the amount of resources Americans and Europeans consume. More Tariffs- >Less consumption-> healthier planet. Win. This is a 5D move by Trump that even he is not aware of.

Republicans ran on a purely populist agenda, that resonated with many non voters. If Dems had an ounce of sense, instead of digging their heel on 'vote losing' points, they would have acknowledged the merit of those populist rhetoric to defang republicans.

Things i have stopped using- X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Lays, McDonalds, Burger King, Netflix, Walmart. Things where i have minimized consumption - Amazon, Best Buy, Steam, YouTube. Things where I am tied in and can't make a difference- Android, Windows, AWS, Gmail, Intel/AMD, MS Office (official productivity tools). Actually i don't mind going minimalistic to F over US companies.

MAGA crowd have already found a way to defend this move. At this point I am sure, Trump can personally murder 100 kids every day on live TV and MAGA crowd will cheerdance for him.
