Respec her as a vengeance paladin. She'll still have Paladin of Shar tags for conversations and she won't miss all the time.
Also anyone using fire bolt should know that it rolls on intelligence so she's almost always gonna miss with it. Sacred flame is marginally better but since it has a dex save it tends to miss a lot too. I just use her mace when I have her as a cleric. Make her chug some strength elixirs and she's fine as a melee cleric even in her trickster subclass. Or beeline to Withers and respec her as soon as you are able.
