I don’t have any specific recommendations but that type of software is often called a pomodoro timer, named after the Pomodoro technique. You should be able to find some good options with a quick google. 🍀

I haven’t been cubing for a month or three and it’s wild how much I’ve lost track of algorithms that I was learning and even those I’d memorized well.
