literally the only option for many.

well, you know what they say: if at first you don't succeed, try two more times so your failure is statistically significant.

I have no idea what i'm doing, I just started looping some steel wire to other loops, it's pretty wonky because i don't know the correct technique, but i think i'm figuring it out. or maybe not :)

i'm pretty confident (p<0.05) they just added a % for no real reason.

ooooh yeah, it's pretty tedious. But man, I think it's worth it. I haven't had the time or energy to make it in a long while, but hopefully i can make it one day soon.

another, easier, dish i could suggest is peri peri chicken. typically i would make the sauce and marinade a whole butterflied chicken in it for about 24 hours (I also add buttermilk to the marinade because it's killer), then bake or throw it on the grill to cook it. I used to do that on sundays back before my depression got really bad.

what's your show about? I may give it a listen if it's a topic of interest to me :)

Might I suggest something called pempek? It's an Indonesian fish dumpling served with a sweet vinegar sauce. It's super good, but takes some time to make.

Currently I'm enjoying a new coffee from my local roaster and listening to lord of the rings audiobook. I'm also dabbling in making a chain mail glove, because I think it's neat. I think I'll continue those things this week.

I just woke up, but I don't think the unit should be percentage per 100k people. Otherwise, I agree with the statement though.

For the past few days I've been having pain in my chest and neck. It feels tight and like a bunch of pressure on my chest. I was worried enough to go to the ER for it yesterday. My resting HR was 104 and blood pressure was 130/95 when i got into the hospital. It lowered while waiting for the doctor to see me. They did an ECG and a blood test.

Doc says my ECG looked normal, but they had to redo my blood test because my troponin levels were at "7". They said that I didn't have a heart attack, but when I'm researching troponin levels, anything above a 4 is indicative of damage to the heart.

I also told the doc that i have depression and anxiety. he chalked it up as anxiety attacks.

At this point, does it sound like I should go see a cardiologist?
