my idle time is the 10/15 mins between tasks and i retain less than 5% of anything i read within 15 minutes of reading it.

i've seen others try, but the fediverse lacks reddit's niche groups so the content seems to get ignored by the general/generic loving fediverse crowd.

to be fair, our education system teaches that everyone emigrated from those places; however, the one i can't understand or be fair about is canada.

Anyone who is not keeping some cash on the side to buy perfectly good assets (like gold) at bargin prices in the next year or so is crazy.

i'm willing to bet most just can't afford it or are unaware

anedotally: it works fine if it's from a vendor who provides support for it. eg cumulus switches running fedora 9 but still getting updates from cumulus engineers.

plus, potential employers have to find a reason to either hire or not hire you; not having a degree is a reason and it means that you have to impress them so much that, that fact doesn't even occur to them if that's your situation.

i also didn't find the article painful; it was refreshing to learn that someone else is walking in these shoes when it feels like so many aren't.

that's the only way i'd vote for him too; his antigay legislation fucked w my life so i'm going to make sure i don't do anything to help him at all.
