I’ve noticed mine fight each other though. Like when I started treating my adhd, my autism symptoms were way more evident. But before that, my adhd symptoms were definitely more prevalent.
Yeah, it's funny the way the two disorders clash. I'll give it a go seeking an ADHD diagnosis specifically. Thank you for the advice!
United States. I'm starting to think it's time for a second psych test. Apparently they usually last multiple hours, but as I recall mine was over in one.
Yeah I was being somewhat tongue-in-cheek, because I've been having trouble getting a dual diagnosis while showing a lot of ADHD symptoms...like I said, maybe I don't have ADHD but it's really strange how everything I read about it has been so close to my personal experience.
I'm not diagnosed either (because somehow you can't have autism and ADHD at the same time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). Whether or not I do have it, the improvements made to my life by taking advice for ADHD folks have been great.
