@shreddy_scientist @alehc Well, not just for gaming, but for beginners, or people who like the simplicity of the desktop environment, Linux Mint. I used it for quite a long time, and altough is has some quirks (as any linux distros do), it is a decent all-rounder, for everyday use and for gaming too.
@Simplesyrup Do you mean by that the anti-cheat method the developers made, or do you mean you really don't like that game?
@Simplesyrup @Kushia Star Conflict and Elite Dangerous are playable on linux in 4K whereas on the same machine on Win10, not so much (lower fps). So, for these two, I say yes, they are.
Games with intrusive (or what doyou call it) anticheat, e.g. Valorant, don't work (yet?).

@fhein @CeeBee In the EU, you can sell used software licences afaik. I bought windows 10 a few times, really cheap. With office 2019, and one time with office 2021.
