That reminds me of that new game show with Shaq... they stop the fucking show and thank a sponsor for a freebie answer. Like, you can see the light leave the host's eyes as she says "thanks, Pepsi..." when the show stops for the sponsor event.
You mean the host stops to thank a sponsor? Or a guest can thank a sponsor to get a free answer?
The entire show grinds to a halt and the host says something like "Now it's time for a refreshing chance at a do-over thanks to our friends at (sponsor). Thanks, (sponsor)." And the guest can take the free answer or not.
