I try to derive silver linings from it. I'm convinced it'd be altogether too easy for me to be a rank misleader if I hadn't grown up on the wrong side of a boot. My sense of the difference between justice and injustice was sharpened very fuckin early. I'm pretty compassionate to invertebrates but roaches give me the ick, it was more that it was extremely obvious this is a common occurrence for him.
It's disgusting of course, but the reaction of puting it downstairs is more human than I would have expected from someone like him.
