Being in the medical field.... Yeah pretty bad. Unfortunatetly bleeding gums being neglected are not uncommon. For example chronic periodontitis is like 69% prevalent among older Australians. A large amount of tooth loss is due to this.
I saw online another YouTube talking about him. Who knows how true it is but the going theory is he has a bunch fi unsolved childhood trauma related to his mother being a horder and growing up in that environment only to have her pass unexpectedly
