Mas 2024 já acabou, praticamente. Não dá mais pra botar nenhuma novidade no orçamento do ano que vem, e quando forem preparar o orçamento do ano que vem ele só vai ser pro ano seguinte (2026), quando a trozoba já chegar chegando. Imagina todos os hospitais, cartórios, e creches, etc etc etc
