What does "make other public performance of it" mean? Am I subject to licence revokation if I make a screenshot and post it on social media or something?

a "public performance" is something like a concert, stage production, or public screening where people are gathered who are not family members.
a static screenshot would not be considered one, but might be covered elsewhere in the document; but also allowed anyway by fair use.
I see, ambiguous natural language terms with stricter legal meaning strike again.
I would imagine it covers eSports events
