Bluesky libs sure didn't complain about this before the election. I'm not exaggerating that this moment of clarity post made me laugh pretty hard for more than five seconds.
leftists: "X is a pretty big issue with the Democrats and their campaign, they really need to address it and shift gears"
liberals: "okay, putinbot trumpists! I hope you're getting paid well by the Kremlin! X won't be an issue, it's actually great electoral strategy, for the following fifteen reasons. first..."
election day passes
liberals: "well, in this cycle's postmortem, I think we can say that X ended up being a significant issue with the electorate..."
I really fucking hope they reflect on this and realize supporting genocide was a bad idea or at least decide to stop moving to the right of Dick Cheney but I’m sure the lesson they’ll take from this is “stop running female candidates” or some shit like that instead
