You really think they would have had some kind of canned response ready for this kind of thing.
The US didn't ratify the rome statue and does not recognize the ICC so I assume this will be very easily spun as "We don't recognize the ICC and never have"
and will ignore again how much they supported the ICC warrant for Putin. only reconizie it when its politically useful,
