Learn a language is easy. Move to a foreign country and stop talking in your native tongue. Eventually* you’ll speak the language.

*teft is not responsible for abnormally large amounts of “eventually”

a) they mean programming languages - which you can see just by clicking the link

b) "easy" and "move countries" are not the same, source: I moved countries, it took years and thousands in two currencies, and requires a lot of prerequisites (shengen zone etc excluded)
