Got it. I found these which connect to via aux to the laptop. Do I need to buy a cable too or are these wired with one?
They are wired with one but they also require wall power
I would recommend something with usb power for a laptop use case so that you don't have to be near a wall any time you want to use your speakers

I have these on my desk, the sound quality is shockingly good for how cheap they are. Would be more convenient if they used USB audio, but
