They fucking Naruto ran at Area 51... It could happen
They ran around in a town outside groom lake and never really approached the base because they wisely understood they would all be killed.
People gathered to take pictures in front of a bunch of cringing guards and no one was angry about anything. Everyone is actually angry over this so I'd say people may show.
OK but in terms of your comment, it didn't happen, nothing changed, and the event was ultimately a complete failure. So not really a great comparison.

It was a big IRL shitpost and it managed to draw a couple hundred people to the desert. Actually wholesome all said and done.
I don't believe so, but that was in Navada. It was just a big alien themed party. People had fun and left.
In NYC though....people + fun???
The boss move would be for the killer to go there.
