Yeah, narcissists are villains, and definitely not people suffering from some form of illness who need support and care to cope with that illness. /s

I mean it's also confirmation bias, right? The narcissist that doesn't abuse you is never identified by their friend/family as suffering from NPD unless they disclose, and why would they with all the stigma?

The only narcissist I'm personally aware that I've met IRL was my abuser.
