There is hardly no resistance, it just gets less press. Just in the courts alone:

Lawsuits against DOGE were filed exactly 1 minute into his admin

Federal workers and thier unions are suing his Schedule F plans

ACLU is suing his attempts to unconstitutionally remove birthright citizenship. (And more than 22 state attorny generals + DC + the city of sanfransico filed seperate lawsuit about it too plus other non profits and organizations)

Many of his executive order have been typo full and generally poorly written. Don't assume they'll all survive court challenge. Even if SCOTUS is insane, they don't always back trump's plans

There is also resistance from Governors to his plans

For instance, Governor Pritzker said he wouldn't follow any of Trump's unconstitutional orders against Birthright citizenship. They state previously did similar and passed protections in 2017 & 2021 & put limits on any local involvement with federal authorities to slow it all down

And so on
