There will be no settlements. Trump owns the supreme court, and will give pardons to those doing what he says.

I always wondered how Venezuela could let its oil-production capacity get so bad, but now I see how. It's short-term thinking and breaking things to reward loyalists.

Thay may actually want to bleed the agencies since those funds are dictated by congress tgey can't go elsewhere.

Yeah, they're not spending their money. This is coming from tax payers years down the line, provided the judiciary actually comes through for these people.
