Happy to see GP is genuinely reading Blackshirts and Reds like I told them to and now recommending it to others. Very lib, and very anti-communist (hence "Marxist apologia"), but I genuinely think there's a sliver of a chance that they will end up radicalized from seeing the utter nonsense divorced from reality the anticommunists bring in light of having read some Parenti.
Baby steps, but important ones. Anyone that genuinely tries to read and learn has a chance of changing for the better someday.
I agree! They've been very reactionary at times, but in the last month or so they've started to push back against the more extreme anti-communists. Now that they are reading Parenti, I genuinely think there's a chance.
