i agree, he deserved a life sentence. just TEN years for raping his daughters?

If I remember right, he would have been eligible for a life sentence for the original charges.

Because he took a plea deal, which was probably offered so that they wouldn't have to hold a trial. At least, that's what I gathered from the information at hand
