I kept eating yoghurt for years since it was supposed to help with the stomach issues I got from eating yoghurt. I suspected that I was lactose intolerant, but my mother is also lactose intolerant and can eat yoghurt so I thought that the stomach rumblings and shits were how it was supposed to work.

I have a tendency to do this, I only figured out that I have a pollen allergy last year after just thinking that spring sucks for no reason all my life. I only get the eye and brain fog symptoms and I thought you had to also have a runny nose.

I only realized I was allergic to pineapple when I got a job at Papa John’s and got hives on my hands. I thought everyone’s face got kinda sweaty and itchy when you ate pineapple, like how you react to spicy food.

To be fair it took me a decade to figure out I was lactose intolerant! As a kid I thought it was normal people got bloated from cheese and milk!
