Hes a billionaire and owns the company. I dont think he has to take permission from anyone.

Nor does people have to have permission to be outraged by his actions.

Yes, he doesn't need to take the permission from anyone, including the user base of his platform, on which his business depends, and which is declining as a result of his decisions.
