I see what appears to be a puddle of blood.
It looks like an orgy to me. This photo means nothing. CECOT needs to be shut down, but not because of this picture.

I noticed this when it was first was mentioned on conspiracy, it's probably a scrap yard or something, if El Salvador were going to start murdering people they would probably make sure to hide it from Google maps.
Why would they hide it? Who's going to do anything about it?
