Maybe Kamala shouldn't have tried to take over the conservatives, and instead focussed on politics that matter. But I guess that worked out really good for her and the country!

I am not blaming her for what is happening right now, I am blaming her for leaning too far right, and not being able to win with that.

Boy am I glad that some voters left their brains at home because their little feelings got hurt by Kamala. Makes me feel real good about that outcome knowing that they showed Kamala who's boss! /s 🤮

I think politics need to be interesting for people to vote. If the expected outcome is that everything only worsens a bit, you'll never get people to vote for you. So by leaning right, she basically tried to appease the conservatives, but made progressives lose interest. I don't think that anyone (or a substancial number) on the left tried to "own" her.

Hopefully there will be next elections, and hopefully there will be a party worthy of voting for it.

(Also disclaimer, I am not american, and am just objectively stating the obvious)
