Stealth sections. Literally - not figuratively, literally - the only reason I was able to finish Breath of the Wild is because I loaded up on ancient arrows and just instakilled every single enemy in that desert thief hideout mission. Prior to that I had spent about three hours in failed frustration trying to clear it the "proper" way. Attempt, fail, read some help guide or forum post, attempt again, fail again, another guide, etc. If I hadn't stumbled across someone's comment that ancient arrows work on the enemies there, I would have given up on the game entirely.

I hate Skyward Sword. I dislike timed fetch quests. I dislike one-hit-death levels. I dislike mandatory stealth levels. And the twits who developed it combined all three aspects, multiple times, in those wretched Silent Realm levels. I beat the first Silent Realm, thought to myself "thank goodness that stupid crap is over", kept playing, and then the game hit me with a second one. I was done at that point. It's the only Zelda game I ever gave up on and traded in without making any significant progress. I've got no interest in Metal Gear Solid Hyrule Edition.
