Not really? I want to bring children into the world and I searched for the right religion that fostered hope. Couldn't find it, so making my own interpretation of the world.
As a child I denounced religion, however in death I wanted to find meaning. In it I found beauty. Your eyes cannot see for they have not felt a pain undeniable. They only see what you think, delude yourself a reality - then again when did you last breathe new life into this earth? Without wanton destruction.
You can find meaning in observable reality and the communities we live in in this single chance we get to be alive.
If your reason for finding religion is to have kids and not make them depressed about our dying world just go adopt.
That is essentially what I am saying, create your own specific things. Find it in your every day, and revere yourself beyond them. The community and people you form will vary, good and bad. The observable reality is where religion comes from, you just do not see the flow of time.
How do you picture wind? How do they picture wind? What does wind do for you in every day life? How does it function with other essential components to life?
There have been many works beyond the bible, the fact religion is only bad to you is because you never truly searched beyond your borders. You closed your mind before even understanding what we talk about.
Or what is your belief of recent spiritual leaders like sri ramakrishna? Probably never heard of him, but even 200 years ago he tried. If he can, so can I.
Have you even adopted a child yourself? I have 2. Where's yours or is it just the virtue you signal? Who would use a child's life so callously?
All people are depressed, my insight however will make a passion burn among them. Something your children will envy. You work for today, when today has already crumbled but tomorrow can be built. My children will be able to see the clouds for the joy and wonder they hold, the mistakes seeping new life in themselves, potential even when most lose hope. Why? They will know, without a doubt I loved them before they were conceived. That I pulled from the aether a soul truly new, capable of saving the world, together we can.
