Newsom wants the status quo and everyone to wait for pointless lawsuits he knows wont actually work.

Like, even ignoring precedents, if trump loses he'll take it to the SC, it'll just stall and waste time all the while ICE keeps going and Cali cops keeps supporting them.

Newsom doesn't have the grit or desire to fight fascism
