I don't think the ancient Greeks used Roman numerals. Though to be fair, I-III should be easy to understand anyway.

Phrygia wasn't Greece, so who knows what numerals they used...

I looked it up. Apparently we indeed don't know what, if any, numerals were used in 8th century BCE Phrygia.
