Literally just last week in Philadelphia, guy tried to kidnap a woman and rob the business she worked at.
And then there is all these ones.
We have absolutely set it up so criminals and bastards have a template to follow to hurt others as they want. No rules anymore in America unless it's about rising up against the lack of rules.
