Many people with ADHD simply don't feel hunger as much as neurotypical people so we get nausea because of hunger when we happen to not eat for too long by accident.

I am one of them lol

I have ADHD and never think about food if I am hyper focused on something else. Then I'll gain focus again and be starving.
