Just wait till somebody discovers your house and all the free stuff you've got there.
whoa, whoa, slow down and respect the process. First, my family has to catch their diseases and mostly die off; they can then move into the basement. Eventually the housing squabbles will lead to them evicting my grandchildren by force to make room for their extended family.
