- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. - No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. If he hasn't learned what "don't piss off the judge" means by now his ass is grass. Grass that smells like shit.
His lawyers fucked up and the judge, not a jury, gets to decide liability. Really stupid to attack the person in charge of the ultimate outcome of your case.
Source?
Iirc liability and damages usually go to the jury and there's only very specific circumstances based in law where the judge can take over liability, so that might be really interesting.
Edit: my bad
His lawyers forgot to ask for one. There were a dozen articles floating around this morning about it.
I've joked before that he's doing this as part of his plan to appeal based on the judge not being impartial. I... I think I meant it as a joke. I mean he would need to be actually that fucking stupid. The lawyers that he can still afford and hasn't pissed off would need to be fucking stupid too... why am I worried this will actually happen. I hate this timeline.
For the record, I don’t think he can actually afford his lawyers anymore. Pretty sure these were just the ones dumb enough to not ask for money up front.
