Some comments not showing up? why? (mander.xyz)

What the title says. The higher the number of comments under a post, the more likely there will be an error. I see a post, it says "X number of comments", but when I go to the comments and count them, I notice is X -10 approx. Often more than that. Is there a reason for this comment count discrepancy?

EDIT: Turns out is the same using a browser, so apologies for presuming it was an app related issue. If the mods think this post needs to go- please go ahead and delete

The oobabooga community on lemmy.world doesn't show all the comments while I'm using my lemmy.nz account
