It reminds me a bit of comic sans, and comic sans is easier to read for dyslexic people, so maybe this is a good feature to have

I wanted to do comic sans too, but it also was not avaliable

You can do some heavy modifications to their skin, on par with some custom ROMs of old, but it seems that a third of the time all the users do is install The Ugliest Font You've Ever Seen

I'm not in this group but some ppl i know with dyslexia find more weid fonts like this easier to read

These scrawls are very hard to distinguish - this looks nothing like the dyslexic typefaces I've seen.
