I just noticed that it said Gaza's women can't travel without the authorization of a male guardian, this people means by the authorization of an IDF soldier or what?

Solution: Israel is the legal guardian of all women in Gaza now! You wouldn't doubt Israel...would you? There have certainly never been abuses of women in relationships with a major power differential, like police and civilians or occupying powers and civilians...that'd be crazy.
