It applies to everything nowadays... except for the fediverse.
It's extremely common, but there are still a few sites left that won't force you to log in. YouTube is one such example, though of course it has its own problems too.
Yeah, except YT. Basically, that is the only one I know of.
I don’t think YouTube could handle the burden.
I just think it's a matter of time. It will happen, sooner or later.
We’ll see, I guess.
