I like watching good comedies, any suggestions down in the comments would be wonderful.

I have loved watching IT Crowd, Big Bang Theory, Seinfeld, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The King of Queens, Cunk of Earth, Cunk of Britain, pretty much all of Ricky Gervais, and more shows that I'm not recalling at the moment.

Edit: I've also watched Psych, The Good Place, B99, Black Books, Third Rock From The Sun, Parks and Rec, Superstore, and Silicon Valley

I wouldn't call it "sad" at all - each character has developed so they're much more self-aware, and some have developed goals which may not be what people expect. It's refreshing to see a comedy where characters aren't stuck in stereotypes but actually grow.
