If you didn't, I'll share a cautionary truth with you - it's a much shorter trip from where you are to where we are than you think it is right now.

So you, too, have learned the hard lesson. I wish someone had told me decades would go by so fast! :-)
And they seem to go faster and faster. The last ten years seemed like 4 compared to the decade before that. Like, I remember the whole Edward Snowden thing from 2013 like it was last month. But stuff like the first Gulf War seems like it's thousand year old ancient history.
