Oh, it is, many missing features, several come to mind: no way to mark anything as read, not even notifications, you can't open the profile of a commenter, no saving images...
But the UI is pretty, you can already save, vote, and reply to stuff, and development is active. But clearly there's good reason for the app to only be on github for now. It's my favorite so far in terms of UX.
It's also available on the izzyOnDroid repos, which is how I found this client in the first place
Right now I am using both jerboa and thunder because I like thunder's gestures but I sometimes need features from jerboa
