Depends on your definition of OK. No one is goig to stop you from judging anyone based on their looks, and everyone does it.
Should you? Maybe. Dude could've gone with almost any other photo, that's pretty clearly indicative of lacking knowledge of social norms or of having a great sense of humor. Maybe your job isn't the place to try your humor tho

I didn't say that. I didn't say anything about males. I would even go so far as to say I specifically avoided saying anything about males.

It's not a good look to be so desperate to defend someone that you need to put words in other people's mouths
His appearance is not relevant, it's the framing of the photo. He could easily take a normal photo that doesn't look like that.
