I know boing is an airplane company who causes accident and kills people by being too much of a cheapskeat . But who is The kremlin and what did they do ? (I geniunly don't know)

Russian rulers are often known for the “suicide by 2 bullet wounds in the back of the head” (which is impossible).
I thought The Kremlin was a Russian ruler but no, it looks like that’s the fortress that the ruler lives in (like the White House)
