Relatable, honestly FOMO (whether in Genshin or elsewhere) is a pain to deal with. Most of the Genshin experience will stick around for when you return no doubt, though- at least that's the pleasant thing about it being mostly single player (even if live service/gacha/etc).

Yeah, plus, not just FOMO.

Just keeping up with what's in vogue, you know? Having conversation-starters and what-not.
