Alternatively, I'd like Trump to win and immediately (by necessity) begin cracking down on all those who engaged in lawfare against him, and against the deranged "totally not glowies" NAFO maniacs who have- by the looks of it- tried to take him out (or looked the other way at their assets who attempted it) twice at this point.

If "both sides" of the fascist establishment in the US could start killing each other off, it would be a win-win for humanity. The more destructive for the US fascist regime, the better.

Looking at the thread cfgaussian linked there's honestly no doubt in my mind. Either CIA or CIA asset, it doesn't get any more blatant than this.

If they did so, I'd probably consider using it as an excuse to apply for asylum 😂

I don’t blame the individuals for how they were raised, but this widespread ignorance is unforgivable. Nearly everyone in the US is in desperate need of reeducation

I don't blame them, yes (as I used to be one- Canadian myself). But they can either learn- and the knowledge is available- or when the time comes, if they cannot and will not learn, they can get the wall.

As you said, it is unforgivable. It is a level of ignorance that ensures that they will continue the genocidal, monstrous ideologies of Manifest Destiny/settler-colonialism, and that they will stand in the way of progress and as enemies of the rest of humanity.

They can learn or, if unwilling, in any decent system, die (whether through active measures or dying out naturally). Humanity cannot coexist with such evils, even if the rest of humanity tried the nature is such that it would only come back to terrorize them, to repeat the cycle until reeducated or put down for good.

I wonder if they have a point that Trump and the rethuglicans actually will be able to destroy the extremely miniscule amount of freedoms or privileges that Americans enjoy.

You mean, if Trump will be able to destroy those "freedoms," before the liberals have the chance to do so? Maybe they have a point, but it's not much of one (and they play an equal or greater role in accelerating this process IMO) and they don't exactly promise to change the course (which they have been the ones to push through, more so than Trump and well before Trump was ever elected).

IMO- don't fall for their schtick. Neither side has anything meaningful to offer (and refuses to offer anything meaningful) other than threats that the other will do exactly as they have and are blatantly intending- and fearmongering about the red/blue doing it first and "to the wrong people."

And Klanmala and the "establishment" (liberal faux-progressive ghouls, as well as blatantly honest and murderous ghouls endorsing her like Dick Cheney- that alone should say everything) are guilty of far worse, and will certainly do far worse than the nasty orange man ever could (though it's not for lack of trying).

And even onto fictional entities, such as hypothetical AI or aliens - like why would an alien species go this far just to ‘invade’ what is there. It’s not just about technological development, but about the sheer amount of careful coordination and cooperation any venture into space requires.

Honestly, if you ask me, any sufficiently developed AI or aliens, that have managed to venture into space and break past the "great filter," would have a good chance of recognizing the US as the aberration it is, as a rabid dog that has to be put down with prejudice.

The rest of the world could probably be dealt with on reasonable terms. But the bloody yanks would probably fuck everything up even if given a chance.

I only know one of them (because he keeps getting posted here). Hard to see how Pavlou can be topped, but the EU flag says Slazac will at least be a contender.

[-] SadArtemis@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 3 days ago

Can we call them comrades if that's their position? I'd probably hesitate to at least.

Now all we need is for Podolyak to deliver some hot takes on Brazilians' supposed "intellectual potential." It's almost a shame that all these Banderite war criminals and compradors need to hang, they're such great comedians.

The protesters seem pretty kawaii right here if you ask me. All the ugly, filthy, wretched, hateful mugs in the video are military personnel standing by US flags (or the imperial rising sun).

Not gonna lie, I hope that whatever is inflicted on the Palestinians, returns back to the Zionist occupiers and all those western devils supporting the genocide in full and then some.

This, 100%. Hell, I don't care if someone gets some of the facts wrong about China (though I'd try to correct them) if they can get the simple understanding- that China is presenting a better system, that China and BRICS is presenting a viable peace and prosperity for the world, that it genuinely is "the west" (the deranged, corrupt, and warmongering hegemonic regimes of the west) vs. "the rest" (of humanity, of all those with even the slightest speck of decency in them).

People don't need to be a Marxist-Leninist to understand this. Just like people don't need to be a Marxist-Leninist to realize that genocide is an unacceptable evil (or to understand after looking at the facts just how ridiculous and hypocritical the west's slander against China is in this regard), that the present world system is incredibly unequal and corrupt, that people have their basic material needs (and China is meeting those needs to such an extent that it should serve as a lesson to anyone with basic sense), and that the western elites' march towards WW3 trying to maintain world hegemony is a terrible (and utterly inhumane) idea.

I saw this mentioned in Ray MacGovern's recent interview with Dialogue Works, and had to look it up and see if anyone had covered it here; "somehow" it has been largely ignored by western media. 😂

(EDIT)- changed "troops" in the title to "ships." I messed up, brainfart- it was ships. Troops naturally included.

I saw @ledlecreeper27@lemmygrad.ml 's post and wound up making a larger version of it (with my own changes)

Update- wound up making a expanded version

and a notion of how it would look amidst a better world (not overly serious, borders subject to change)
