It is against US law to provide weapons to forces who block United States humanitarian assistance. And that is exactly what is happening right now

"We have guns to oppose a tyranical gov" or something

[-] Melkath@fedia.io 2 points 5 months ago

I don't have any guns. All I have is a vote. So I have to make sure that I don't encourage genocidal maniacs to be genocidal maniacs with that vote.

Most democratic system ever made?????????

What do you do when the overlords oppress you and won't listen to you?

You strike.

They get their heads out of their asses and start listening or the system burns and a new system emerges.

Isn't that what the Palestinians tried?

[-] Fidel_Cashflow@lemmy.ml 5 points 5 months ago

probably a good idea to get armed and learn to shoot, with the way things are headed. Just a suggestion!

Nah. I'm trying to move away from war and genocide while there is still a glimmer of that possible.

I'd rather die a martyr than become my enemy.

People killing eachother.

That's the problem.

If noone killed anyone, noone would need to kill anyone.
