Starbucks is already available at all US military camps. There is a McDonalds and Starbucks on board all mainline US aircraft carriers.
A Subway, Pizza Hut, McDonald, and Starbucks are all very common for a US army base anywhere in the world.
Truly the most insulting act of colonization is to build a McDonald's on stolen land in a country that otherwise has none.
