That's why I wrote this
We have three powers of control over politicians

That's why they work so hard to take away, delegitimize or sow distrust in those powers. You want to move the needle left, you vote as left as possible and protest and harass them until they do what you want.
And that's exactly what I do. You have a problem with it.
Why would I have a problem with it?
If you don't have a problem with it, quit bothering me about it.
Your problem seems to be that I'm criticising Democrats for blocking progressive legislation.
