My city can't even finish a parking area in time. There's a sign nearby on a construction site that says: THE WORKS WILL BE FINISHED NOVEMBER 2017.
Not only do they fail to maintain the parking lot, they even fail to maintain a poster telling you they fail to maintain the parking lot. It's almost poetic
